Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship exclusively within Malaysia, covering both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
International shipping, including to neighbouring countries such as Singapore, is not available.

2. To Ensure Your Satisfaction

To provide the best possible customer experience, GMKtec Malaysia works only with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered promptly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Should your shipment tracking show no updates for 30 consecutive days, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your payment:

  • If the courier’s tracking system reflects no activity (such as scans or location changes) for more than 30 days from the last recorded update, we will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • No action is required on your part — our team will proactively monitor all shipments and initiate the refund process when applicable.
  • Exclusions: Delays caused by events outside our control (for example, natural disasters, severe weather, or customs clearance issues) will be reviewed individually.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free of charge for all orders within Malaysia, including East Malaysia.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation and receipt of payment.
  • For products marked as “Backorder” or in the event of unexpected delays, our team will provide an updated estimated shipping date.

5. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Within 7 working days
  • East Malaysia: Within 10 working days

6. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
This will include:

  • Order details
  • Shipping address provided
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

7. Stock Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, availability is subject to change without notice.
In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

  • You will be notified promptly.
  • You may choose to wait for restock, switch to another product, or request a full refund.

8. Important Note

  • Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
  • GMKtec Malaysia will not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted unless the customer agrees to bear all associated return shipping costs.

9. Payment Currency

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
